Nice work! Now if only I kept wheat pitas on hand I could follow suit. I've debated doing a version with the corn tortillas that are aging in my fridge but I'm guessing it just wouldn't be the same. I could certainly do some quesadillas, though =-)

Fast and easy Pizza minus the deliver price!
Saturday night my craving for pizza struck. Not wanting to pay $12 plus delivery to satisfy my craving I opted to make a quick easy pizza at home. Using the ingredients from my cupboard in less then 10 minutes my pizza was served. I topped a wheat pita with my favorite spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. I cooked the pizza for seven minutes at 350 degrees. This was an easy inexpensive solution that was very tasty.
